   The model declined. Usually the record really does not say. Our Chef's tart lands here.

   ratchet_block

   A run on a safety field would have removed a value the record already had. It is never allowed to do that silently, so it asks you.

You can accept the proposed value, correct it by hand, or withhold the record so it is served to nobody. A value you set by hand is locked: later runs leave it alone, and its receipt says a person decided, with your name on it.
